1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.

2. Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
• Medical and dental equipment are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
• Clothing can be returned for size exchanges, but must be unworn.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
